Eric Winn joined Pacific Crest in 2008 as a Vice President focusing on Internet and Digital Media, Mr. Winn has more than eight years of broad-based transaction experience in sell-side and buy-side advisory, fairness opinions, and public and private equity financings. Prior to joining Pacific Crest, Mr. Winn was at Bear Stearns where he was a Vice President in the Technology group focusing on the Software and Internet sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Winn was at Friedman Billings Ramsey and Salomon Smith Barney in the Technology and Technology M&A groups respectively. Mr. Winn received a B.S. in business administration from the University of Oregon.
