CHRISTOPHER A. HIEB

Christopher is a Managing Director in Pacific Crest's M&A Group with more than 19 years of investment banking, consulting, project management and operations experience with high-technology companies. He has recently represented companies in sales to large corporations including Salesforce.com, BMC Software, Comverse Technology, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, Colgate-Palmolive and Texas Instruments, among others. Prior to joining Pacific Crest he led Oppenheimer’s West coast M&A effort. Prior to his relocating to San Francisco, he was the Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions at WR Hambrecht + Co in New York City. Prior to this, he was Vice President, investment banking at SoundView Technology Group. Christopher’s professional experience includes an appointment as a Principal at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations where he performed specialized business consulting for technology companies. Prior to this, he was responsible for numerous technical and operations teams at Pacific Gas and Electric Company. Christopher began his career at Exelon Corporation where he performed research and was a project manager. Christopher earned his B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University and studied Finance at California State University.
