David Kalez heads Pacific Crest’s investment banking activities in the clean technology and merger and acquisitions areas. Mr. Kalez joined Pacific Crest in 1993 and specializes in all facets of corporate finance, including public offerings and private placements, and has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Before joining Pacific Crest, Mr. Kalez’s was chief financial officer of the Mutterperl Group, a principal in the merger and acquisition firm Gallagher & Platt and vice president in the corporate finance group at Security Pacific Bank. Mr. Kalez received his B.S. in finance from Santa Clara University and an M.B.A. from the University of Portland.
