SCOTT E. SANDBO
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer
Scott Sandbo oversees all of the company's activities including sales and trading, research and investment banking. Prior to joining Pacific Crest, Mr. Sandbo was in the corporate finance division of Continental Bank where he was involved in a wide range of leveraged financings, mergers and acquisitions and syndications. Mr. Sandbo is on the Securities Industry Association institutional advisory board and also serves on the Oregon State Treasurer's 529 advisory board. Mr. Sandbo received a B.A. from Denison University, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and received an M.B.A. from Northwestern University with honors.

GEORGE E. GLASS
President
George Glass is a member of Pacific Crest’s Commitment Committee and sits on the firm’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining Pacific Crest, Mr. Glass was with U.S. National Bank where he specialized in the areas of securities trading, and institutional sales. He currently serves as a trustee for the University of Oregon. Mr. Glass received a BS from the University of Oregon.

STEVE LIDBERG
CFA, Director of Research
Steve Lidberg, CFA, joined Pacific Crest in 1998 and coordinates and facilitates the firm’s research efforts. Prior to joining Pacific Crest, Mr. Lidberg was a research analyst at Sutro & Company. Mr. Lidberg most recently served as associate director of research and senior research analyst heading up the digital media tools practice at Pacific Crest. He has made many appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and is frequently quoted in financial and industry publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Barron’s, The New York Times and Forbes. He is a member of the Portland Society of Financial Analysts, Digital Media Alliance, Association for Information and Image Management and the Washington Software Association. Mr. Lidberg earned a BA in finance from Portland State University.

DANIEL R. SHANK
Chief Financial Officer
Daniel Shank oversees the firm’s administrative and operations areas, including information technology, human resources, accounting and compliance. Prior to joining Pacific Crest, Mr. Shank served as senior vice president of finance and administration at First Security Bank. Prior to that Mr. Shank was an audit manager with Arthur Young & Co. Mr. Shank is a CPA and member of the AICPA and Financial Executives International. He is also a member of the SIA’s Compliance and Legal Division. Mr. Shank received a BS in accounting from the University of Oregon.
