Ms. House is a Director in the Equity Capital Markets group at Pacific Crest and is a key contributor in the origination and execution of public offerings. In 2009, she was involved in the successful public offerings for A123 Systems (the largest clean tech IPO in 2009), Compellent Technologies, DragonWave, SolarWinds, SuccessFactors, and Telvent GIT. During her career at Pacific Crest, Ms. House has completed public offerings for high profile names such as, Alibaba.com (the largest Internet IPO since Google), Data Domain (the IPO as well as a co-lead manager position on the follow-on offering), DemandTec, MercadoLibre, Rackable Systems, and Orbitz Worldwide in addition to many others. Ms. House also manages the execution of regulated trades and repurchase programs. Most recently she has worked with the following corporations or their shareholders: Brocade Communications Systems, Data Domain, Symantec, Varian Semiconductor and Websense. Prior to joining Pacific Crest in 1992 Ms. House worked for K.A. Knapp & Co. as an equities trader. She holds a B.S in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
