CRAIG ROGOWSKI
Director, Communications and Enterprise IT

Craig joined Pacific Crest in 2006 and focuses on communications and enterprise IT. Craig has more than ten years of broad-based transaction experience within the technology sector, including sell-side and buy-side advisory, fairness opinions, public and private equity financings, and high-yield and bank debt financings. Prior to joining Pacific Crest, Craig was a Director in the technology group at UBS Investment Bank focused on semiconductors and communications. Craig also held positions at Seagate Technology in corporate development, and at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in its Los Angeles office. Craig's public offering clients include Compellent, Convio, Data Domain, DragonWave, MEMC, NetLogic Microsystems, SolarWinds, STMicroelectronics, SuccessFactors and TeleNav. Advisory clients include ANX (One Equity Partners), Credence Systems, ITC DeltaCom, Gomez, STMicroelectronics and VeriSign. Craig holds a B.B.A. with high distinction from the University of Michigan.
